WATCH: Jen Psaki Says America “Hasn’t Live Up To Ideals”; Endorses Anthem Protests

The Biden regime’s top spokesperson has clearly defined the difference between former President Donald J. Trump’s pro-American administration and the one that has been installed into the White House.

During her Wednesday briefing, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki sided with NBA owner and reality television host Mark Cuban who ordered the cancellation of the playing of the national anthem before Dallas Mavericks home games.

Psaki not only sided with Cuban, but also with the entitled millionaire athletes who have trashed America by kneeling during the anthem ever since the media turned scrub quarterback Colin Kaepernick into a false idol.

She also suggested that America has failed and that some Americans (translation: Trump supporters) “haven’t lived up to our highest ideals.”

Psaki’s remarks came after a question by Fox News reporter Peter Doocy on whether her boss supported Cuban’s banning of the Star-Spangled Banner.

Via Fox News, “Psaki says Biden ‘respects this kind of protest’ as Mark Cuban stops playing anthem at Mavericks games”:

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said she hadn’t spoken to President Biden about Mark Cuban’s decision to stop playing the national anthem before Mavericks games but believes he respects this kind of peaceful protest at sporting events.

Cuban confirmed to The Athletic that it was his decision to no longer play the national anthem prior to home games at American Airlines Center, a decision that drew a big reaction on social media Tuesday.

“I know he’s incredibly proud to be an American and he has great respect for the anthem and all that it represents, especially for our men and women serving in uniform around the world,” Psaki told reporters.

“He’d also say of course that part of pride in our country means recognizing those moments where we as a country haven’t lived up to our highest ideals,” the press secretary said. “Which is often and at times what people are speaking to when they take action at sporting events. It means respecting the right people granted to them in the Constitution to peacefully protest.”

Psaki’s defense of those who have contempt for America and all that it stands for isn’t exactly shocking considering the picture of her posing in a pink fur shapka Russian hat complete with a communist hammer and sickle that was taken when she was with the State Department:

Shortly after Psaki’s presser, the CCP-loving Mark Cuban was called for a hard foul by the NBA over his national anthem ban.

In a statement by a league that has been badly stung by its open advocacy for the divisive agenda of the Marxist-inspired Black Lives Matter movement, the NBA overruled Cuban.

According to Chief Communications Officer Mike Bass:

“With NBA teams now in the process of welcoming back fans into their arenas, all teams will play the national anthem in keeping with longstanding league policy.”

Following the league’s rebuke, Cuban’s Mavericks released their own statement that they would resume playing the anthem starting with Wednesday night’s game against the Atlanta Hawks:

As far as Psaki goes, is there any further proof needed that those who hate us for our way of life are now occupying the White House?
